Greatings from New Zealand

It's been an awesome few days. I've finally made it down to New Zealand. From 9/1-9/6 I stayed in Queenstown where I did 2 Bungee jumps, rafting, 2 snowboarding trips and a bus tour of Milford Sound. I also met some cool people like my roommate Tom and Jason of the UK.

I am in Wellington today where I did a bus tour of the city. I saw the actress from the new King Kong movie (I'll look up her name later). I didn't take a picture of her because the bus driver didn't want me to make a scene.

The trip has been so fun (even by myself). I'm still considering whether or not I want to do this for an extended period of time, but these little trips give me a good insight. I'm gotten a lot of feedback from my fellow backpackers about the pros & cons of backpacking for 1 year or longer. I'm still undecided, but I will have to do some serious thinking when I get back.

I'm off to Auckland tonight. On 9/8 I will take a bus to Waitomo Caves & Rotorua. On 9/9 I will take a bus back to Auckland. On 9/10 I will do my skydive and hopefully watch the NFL kickoff game. Hopefully at that time I can finally understand the meaning of vacation as all of my goals would have been met. =)
